WHAT IS RADICAL WELLNESS?

Radical wellness is a community devoted to helping women thrive consciously through the study and daily application of wisdom teachings.

This conscious approach to wellness is about letting go of our ego, desires, and attachments. It's about forcing us as women to focus on our own inner language, our expectations, and our self-regulation practices.

Here are some of the topics covered in the Radical Wellness community

  • Inner child and ego

  • Recurring toxic patterns

  • Narcissism

  • Meditation and mindfulness

  • Attachments (culture and family)

  • Belief systems and conditioning

  • Conscious parenting

“People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own souls. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”

Carl Jung
