Holding people accountable

One of the most daunting tasks a school leader will have is to hold people accountable. After all, we want peace and harmony, right? Then you tell yourself… maybe this behavior was a one-off and he won’t do it anymore.

I’ll just let it slide this time.

But there are consequences if you choose to not act.
